Upon successful completion you will gain an industry accepted qualification that is also a prerequisite for the ASHP installer qualification.
Trainees will need to have some knowledge of plumbing and the water industry.
The course is delivered over one day and covers: The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 (England & Wales), the Water Supply (Water Fittings)(Scotland) Byelaws 2014 and The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009. It meets the requirements of Water Regs UK on behalf of the water undertakers which participate in the Water Industry Approved Plumbers’ Scheme (WIAPS).
